Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train Aisle-person/Stockers to ensure they are meeting departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service is provided to all customers.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Plan and prepare work schedules to meet the needs of the department, including lunch and break times.
