Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician and/or Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our medical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our medical programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care
Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Physician and/or Family Medicine Physician
  • Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
