The Opportunity

As a seasoned defense professional, you will leverage your expertise to drive mission success. You will work with supported units to integrate mission requirements and learning objectives into the synthetic training environment. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, processes, and requirements related to all aspects of virtual training and rehearsals.

You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing guidance on the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. Your experience running a Squadron level or higher simulator operations center will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with Joint Fires simulator applications and capabilities, and to analyze complex tactical situations and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience running a Squadron level or higher simulator operations center
  • Knowledge of Joint Fires simulator applications and capabilities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Associate's degree
  • JTAC Instructor Certification

Nice to Have

  • Experience controlling Joint Fires assets
  • Knowledge of JPUB 3-09.3
  • Ability to analyze complex tactical situations and provide innovative solutions
  • JTAC Evaluator Certification

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
