Job Overview

The Communications Liaison Specialist is an essential member of the IndyGo team, responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications plans that showcase the company's mission and values. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Write and develop engaging internal communications, including employee newsletters and digital platforms.
  • Serve as key liaison between internal departments and employees, ensuring timely distribution of information.
  • Assist the Public Affairs team with community engagement and outreach activities.
  • Manage business card orders and delivery coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Two to five years in communications, graphic design or marketing preferred.
  • Experience with graphic design software and Microsoft Office products.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
