About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Custer State Park Resorts. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring a world-class dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks, providing guidance on menu development, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our Food and Beverage Manager to create innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors.
  • Ensure impeccable food quality, presentation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
