We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team and provide Intensive In-home Services on a Full-time basis. As a QMHP, you will work closely with clients, families, and community partners to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive in-home services to clients in the greater Richmond area. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing one-on-one counseling sessions.

You will also work collaboratively with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position. Additionally, benefits include health insurance, accrued PTO, flexible schedules, CEUs, paid supervision time, bonus incentives, retirement planning with company match, and training toward QMHP licensure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Registration with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a mental health setting

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, licensure as an LCSW or LPC, and experience working in an intensive in-home setting.
