Construction Operations Coordinator

- Oversee and allocate all trade field assignments in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with the client's team to review project timelines, ensuring that essential tasks and decisions are on schedule.
- Record project field challenges that may affect budget, quality, or timeline, and communicate these to the project management team.
- Address subcontractor inquiries regarding field issues impacting budget, quality, or timeline.
- Guide the implementation of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
- Work closely with the on-site safety team to ensure all subcontractors adhere to safety regulations.
- Develop a progression and succession plan for high-potential tradespeople in partnership with the Operations Manager.
- Assist the Project Executive, Construction Manager, and Project Manager in formulating logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and initial project phases.
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in construction, specifically as an MEP or General Superintendent for critical data center projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept with software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
- Familiarity with Division 2-10 (from concrete to finishing trades).
- Ability to build effective relationships within the project team and across the organization.
- Keep field team members informed and engaged in decision-making processes.
- Recognize client needs and proactively address them.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to add value.
- Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently.
- Hourly rate ranging from $45.00 to $65.00, based on experience.
- Preference for local candidates; per diem available for those residing outside a specified distance from the project site.
