About the Job:As an LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. You will work closely with our team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of California
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
