Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Ryder in Milford, MA. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance, component identification, and minor repairs. You will also be required to perform preventive maintenance with training and support, as well as facility maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs basic vehicle maintenance
  • Performs component identification and minor repairs
  • Performs preventive maintenance with training and support
  • Performs facility maintenance duties
  • Diagnoses minor mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic tools, required
  • One (1) year or more experience in transportation maintenance, preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A, preferred

  • Hourly Pay: $30.10 per hour
