Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols.
Responsibilities:- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance and ensuring quality professional services.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and maintain confidentiality and credibility with all employees.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, analyze patient data, and develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain friendly relations with clients and employees, and adhere to Company standards.
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician, with the ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
