About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Care Specialist in the Progressive Care Unit at a top-rated facility in Edmonds, Washington.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals, utilizing your expertise and skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Utilize evidence-based practices and protocols to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient experiences

Requirements:

- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- 1+ years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing theories, principles, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
