We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various corporate matters, including securities law, equity management, contracts, compliance, and other legal issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with significant experience as a corporate attorney, including demonstrated expertise in advising publicly traded companies on SEC filings and other corporate disclosures, corporate governance, equity management, and securities law compliance matters.

The successful candidate will have a JD degree from an accredited law school, membership in a state bar association (California preferred), and strong securities and corporate law background, including detailed knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and corporate governance principles for publicly traded companies.

The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, providing legal advice and guidance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing the company in negotiations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent legal drafting and research skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
