Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to address their mental health needs.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote positive change and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with patients' families and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic case records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
  • Participate in regular clinical team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative treatment approaches.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Wisconsin state licensure in the relevant profession (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
