Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to address their mental health needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote positive change and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients' families and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic case records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
- Participate in regular clinical team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative treatment approaches.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Wisconsin state licensure in the relevant profession (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
