We are looking for a talented and experienced Retail Bakery Manager to join our team in Plainview, NY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing a team of staff, maintaining high-quality products, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Oversee the production and presentation of high-quality baked goods
• Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a bakery or food service environment
