Your Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert administrative support to our sales teams
  • Coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Helping resolve shipping issues with professionalism
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting billing and payment processing as needed
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can bring value to our team. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
