Job Requirements:

As a Registered Nurse at RN-Staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
