- Extended Work Periods: Work extended periods, including more than 8 hours.
- Compliance and Safety Meetings: Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
- Drum Inspection: Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Safe Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Waste Stream Sampling: Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements.
- Observance of Guidelines: Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures.
- Environmental Health and Safety: Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- On-Call Emergency Response: Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis every other week.
- Site Remediation and Decontamination: Participate in site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation.
- Physical Abilities: Be able to perform physical functions as per Key Responsibilities.
- Emergency Response: This position includes emergency response; a continuing condition of employment is agreeing to be on call.
- Background Check and Physical: Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.
- Facial Hair Standards: Meet facial hair standards per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous Experience: Have previous relevant labor experience.
