Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support and treatment to our patients, including individual and group therapies. You will also be responsible for planning therapy for assigned patients, documenting treatment, and preparing extension requests and related reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic support and treatment to patients in individual and group therapies
  • Plan therapy for assigned patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals
  • Document treatment and prepare extension requests and related reporting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide professional support for psychologists in training

Requirements

  • Completed degree in psychology and license as a psychological psychotherapist
  • Experience in individual and group therapy (behavioral or psychodynamic)
  • Experience in a clinical setting is desirable
  • Empathy, assertiveness, resilience, initiative, and good self-reflection are essential strengths
  • High motivation and commitment, as well as a team-oriented and independent work style
