As a Music Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education, creating a dynamic experience that challenges and inspires students. You will embody the spirit of rock and roll, fostering a valuable student experience that helps them develop music and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize the quality of music instruction through private lessons and show rehearsals
• Ensure students learn the fundamentals of music, not just songs, using our patented teaching method
• Create and document thoughtful lesson plans using our teaching method, books, and app

Customer Connection:

• Communicate with parents on student progress through quality lesson notes and assignments in our app
• Interact with parents and students regularly, being visible and accessible while at the school
• Pitch in during canceled lessons to support the overall program
• Assist in rehearsals and maintain lesson facilities

Skill Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience teaching and/or performing music professionally
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to deal with a wide range of customers
• Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
• Works well under pressure and has a positive demeanor
• Passion for teaching and a flexible attitude
