- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately, in accordance with standards of care.
- Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care, tailored to individual patient needs, as prescribed by physicians and clinic policies.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, contributing to shared governance and quality initiatives.
- Utilize clinical expertise to support other units and departments, promoting a seamless patient care experience.
- Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and satisfaction, escalating concerns to the appropriate chain of command when necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, with an ADN required upon hire and a BSN preferred.
- Be licensed as an RN in the state of practice and hold approved CPR certification within 90 days.
- Meet specific years of applicable experience requirements, as outlined by department guidelines.
This role requires working in a moderate noise level environment, with occupational exposure to patients and healthcare professionals.
Age of Patients ServedThis position involves caring for patients across various age groups, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatric patients.
