Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a body shop, with a background in estimating (experience in a body shop repair facility, CCC One, and CDK software is advantageous).

2. Comprehensive knowledge of the collision repair process and familiarity with insurance repair protocols.

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Exceptional communication skills.

5. Possession of a valid PA driver's license.

6. Holding a valid PA appraiser's license.
