Medical Oncology Care Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Care Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing high-risk patient populations, coordinating their care, and providing safe, age-appropriate patient care in a collaborative team environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of oncology nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in oncology nursing and hold an active Oncology Nurse Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage high-risk patient populations
  • Coordinate patient care across the continuum
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • 4-5 years oncology nursing experience required
  • Oncology Nurse Certification mandatory

Salary:$95,000 - $120,000 per year
