Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Business Liaison to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients to Allina Health, providing a positive and supportive experience.
  • Collect demographic and financial data, entering information into our electronic medical record system.
  • Assist patients with telephone encounters, responding to questions and concerns.
  • Perform the End of Day reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • May participate in the prescription refill order process, as appropriate and in scope for the position.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of basic computer skills.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • 0 to 2 years of customer service, clerical, or other business office environment experience.
  • 0 to 2 years of medical terminology knowledge.
