Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Microelectronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in semiconductor manufacturing and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine semiconductor fabrication processes, including metal and dielectric deposition and etching.
- Conduct thorough semiconductor failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize advanced metrology techniques to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Engage in photolithography and advanced packaging methodologies.
- Oversee chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) processes and semiconductor product development.
Required Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desired. Experience in the fabrication of superconducting devices and advanced packaging techniques is a plus.
Security Requirements:
A valid government security clearance, along with a background investigation and polygraph, is mandatory.
