We are seeking a qualified Trade Instructor - Electrical to join our team at Associated Builders and Contractors NorCal Chapter. This role comes with an estimated salary of $80,000 per year, based on experience.

This position requires a professional who can provide effective classroom instructions in the electrical trade, ensuring apprentices receive high-quality training. You will work closely with the Training Director to develop and implement training programs that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide classroom instructions in the electrical trade, emphasizing hands-on training and apprenticeship development.
2. Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress, including exam results and performance profiles.
3. Collaborate with instructors to develop comprehensive training programs that align with industry demands.
4. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate apprentice knowledge and skills, ensuring they meet minimum requirements.
5. Communicate effectively with apprentices, addressing concerns and providing guidance to ensure successful completion of training.
6. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
7. Support the Training Director in developing and implementing lab-based training programs.
