Intensive Outpatient Program Lead Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinician to serve as our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Lead Counselor. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.
In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and guidance to our IOP team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to our IOP clinicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery
- Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work
- 3+ years of experience working in outpatient community mental health/substance use treatment setting
- LCAS or LCAS-A credential with full LCAS obtained within 90 days of hire
- A competitive salary of $59,000 per year, based on credentials
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 10 paid holidays and PTO hours that accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month
- Eligibility for our 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment
