Program Security Compliance Officer

Advantage SCI is actively seeking a Program Security Compliance Officer to assist the government Program Security Officer (PSO) across various security sectors. The successful applicant must possess an Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or Top Secret clearance. Key responsibilities encompass evaluating and managing security documentation, performing security audits, and executing security training initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or capability to secure SCI and CI polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5 years of specialized experience with government security systems
  • Experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs)
  • Completion of relevant security training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is advantageous

Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Noise level: Low to moderate
