Job Summary

The Logistics Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
