The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Advisor Affiliate Integration Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) delivery efforts for advisor affiliate models.

You will foster strong relationships with advisor organizations, collaborate closely with partner institutions and LPL domain/delivery teams, and drive outcomes through transparency on execution and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisor organizations, partner institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of seamless integrations of incoming advisors and support staff users.
  • Collaborate closely with advisor organizations, partner institutions, and LPL domain/delivery teams to drive outcomes through transparency on execution and operational KPIs.
  • Define high-level scope, dependencies, constraints, risks, and tradeoffs for every acquisition.
  • Develop and implement a tuned repeatable process to optimize processes to increase efficiency and throughput.
  • Establish metrics and promote high degree of transparency on execution.
  • Create best-in-class reports and prepare presentations related to LPL's strategic plays and growth initiatives that are SVP+, C-Suite, and Board ready.
  • Develop sound understanding of LPL technology ecosystems including advisor and investor-facing products/platforms and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Develop sound understanding of partner institution technologies and their integrations with LPL applications, infrastructure dependencies and capability requirements.
  • Drive decision-making and demonstrate persistence in raising issues to the proper levels for attention and driving transparency at all levels surrounding program execution.
  • Coach and mentor workstream team members with direct and indirect responsibility to deliver on the objectives.
  • Review operational reports periodically with the business teams and drive continuous improvements to strengthen the partnerships.
