Job Summary

DCS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Modeling and Simulation to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support the development of innovative technology solutions for the U.S. Defense, Aerospace, and Security markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and debugging of developmental software
  • Integration of air-to-air engagement scenarios from BRAWLER into AFSIM
  • Development of integration plans, procedures, and resource organization for advanced technologies
  • Documentation of activities, including writing reports and making recommendations to the team
  • Collaboration with a broader engineering team

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • At least a BS degree in STEM-focused studies and 5 years of related experience
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating AFSIM scenarios and models
  • At least 2 years of hands-on BRAWLER experience
  • Proficiency in developing object-oriented software in C/C++ and FORTRAN
  • Experience with Modern Software Development practices and tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis software such as MATLAB
  • Master Degree in Computer Science or other STEM field
  • Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on Modeling and Simulation software
