Keyholder - Twenty Ninth Street

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder at our Twenty Ninth Street location.

• Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of management, overseeing front-of-house operations, team touch-bases, and selling on the floor.
• Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the store, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, with a minimum of 6 months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Cool under pressure, with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
• A go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.

Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.
