Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individualized care needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to plan and revise patient care goals and interventions
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current State of practice RN licensure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • BLS certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, with a minimum of one year in inpatient psychiatric care
