Established as a premier boutique law firm on Long Island, NY, we are seeking an exceptional Estate Planning Attorney to join our esteemed practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking over the existing Trust and Estates practice in a relatively short period, inheriting a substantial book of business valued at approximately $1 million.

We are looking for an attorney with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in estate planning, who can lead our clients through complex legal situations with ease. Our ideal candidate will have a smaller book of business already, around $500,000, and be able to take on new challenges with confidence.

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored estate planning solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a hybrid work schedule that allows for flexibility and work-life balance. The expected bill rate is around $500 per hour.
