We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN's) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Elevate Health and Rehab, you will enjoy:

Shift details:
• All shifts available, 8 hour and 12 hour

As a Registered Nurse, you will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. You will prepare and administer (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and record prescribed medications. You will also educate patients on surgical procedures, record patients' medical information and vital signs, and monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients. Additionally, you will initiate corrective action whenever the patient displays adverse symptomatology, provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery patients, and change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs. You will also participate in discharge planning and record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms.

We are looking for candidates who are willing to make a difference, have first aid and CPR certification, a current RN license in NC, exceptional staff training and customer service skills, and a compassionate and friendly demeanor. Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment.
