About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a Damn Good experience for every guest
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
• A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
