Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our guests, their families, and staff members while they enjoy our waterpark attractions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor swimmers and guests during park hours, special events, and training sessions
  • Respond to emergency situations in assigned zones and communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary
  • Enforce waterpark rules and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Perform daily routine chores and maintenance of the waterpark to ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Physical ability to swim 50 yards in 4 ft. of water and retrieve a 10 lb brick from the bottom of the pool
