Job Summary:

As a Staff Physical Therapist at CodeForce, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and treating patients with a variety of conditions, utilizing your strong clinical skills and customer service expertise. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care services, including evaluations, treatments, and education
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements
Demonstrate strong time management and teamwork skills to ensure efficient care delivery
Supervise and develop assistants involved in patient care

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong clinical skills and customer service expertise
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Located in Chillicothe, OH, the Adena Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art facility providing a range of healthcare services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Shift and Schedule:

40 hours per week, no weekends, 4 10-hour shifts per week.
