About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Datastage Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data solutions for our various operational and reporting systems.

As a Data Engineer, you will provide deep technical expertise in modern data architecture and implementation experience in delivering innovative data products to leverage data as a strategic asset.

You will be part of a highly dynamic team on a multi-year journey to build real-time operational and analytic data repositories.

The ideal candidate will have experience with traditional ETL (e.g. IBM DataStage) and evolving toward newer technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Translate functional ETL requirements into a technical design document
  2. Coding/building programs to pull data from the source into staging tables
  3. From staging tables into conformance tables using Change Data Capture methodologies
  4. Into dimensional data marts for reporting or outbound interfaces to other consuming systems
