Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in electronic testing methods, automated test equipment, and manufacturing test planning. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, and experience working with electronic circuits, automated test software, and manufacturing test in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of automated test equipment and manufacturing test planning
  • Prepare test procedures from engineering specifications and schematics
  • Support electro-mechanical integration and perform test anomaly troubleshooting and fault resolution
  • Evaluate electrical test results and conduct detailed failure analysis
  • Develop and implement root cause and corrective/preventative actions
  • Utilize statistical data analysis for trend analysis
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Working knowledge/experience of electronic testing methods in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge/experience with electronic circuit design, automated test equipment and software design, evaluating electrical test results, conducting detailed failure analysis, and utilizing statistical data analysis for trend analysis
  • Previous experience with programming languages C, Visual C, Visual Basic, and National Instrument -Windows CVI, Test-Stand, and NI -View software
