Job Summary- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expertise on employment law, benefits, compensation, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive performance management system.
- Partner with managers to identify employee development needs, career paths, and training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as consultants and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving impactful HR strategies in fast-paced, mission-driven organizations.
- 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles, providing strategic direction and fostering strong organizational culture, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
