Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care in Ellijay. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical services to our aging community, helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to clients
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Remind clients of medication and appointments
Support with personal care tasks, such as grooming, bathing, and toileting
Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with personal care tasks
Compassionate and empathetic communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
