The Role

This is a leadership role that requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to driving business results. As an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and promoting a positive work environment
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Supporting the General Manager in achieving store financial objectives
  • Ensuring a seamless patient experience through effective communication and problem-solving
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • A State Opticians License (if applicable)
