FP&A Finance Analyst Job Description

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Finance Analyst to join its Finance Team across Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and reporting, with excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, with Portuguese being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the finance team with financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic planning
  • Develop forecasts, financial models, and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track company performance
  • Assist in enhancing and implementing financial systems, processes, and procedures to support growth and scale
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, planning, and reporting
  • Excellent Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a plus
  • Ability to work well in an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
