About the Role

We are offering a highly competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and perks. This position is ideal for doctors who value work-life balance and are looking for a flexible four-day work week (Monday-Saturday) with no emergency or on-call hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care at one of our three small animal + exotics hospitals in Tucson
  • Collaborate with experienced veterinarians and support staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment that prioritizes client education and community engagement
Requirements
  • Licensed DVM (or ability to become licensed) in Arizona
  • 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to each hospital's culture and needs
  • Experience with exotics is strongly preferred
