Job Summary:

Troon Golf, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Part-Time Pizza Chef to join our team at Parkland Country Club. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with club recipes, standards, and quality in a timely manner.
  • Notify the Chef of any ingredient shortages.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the pizza station, ensuring cleanliness throughout the shift.
  • Know and execute recipe standards and specifications.
  • Operate in a safe manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in pizza making and line cooking.
  • Current food service certification.
  • Basic knife skills and pizza making skills.
  • Prior experience working in a fine dining kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
  • High School diploma preferred.
