The Hilton Hotel Event & Conference Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Barista to enhance our team. We are seeking individuals who possess outstanding customer service abilities and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process beverage orders, prepare drinks, and handle transactions efficiently using cash registers and card machines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
  • Adhere to safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service to every guest.
  • Availability for shifts that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any departmental needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior experience in a food service environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with coffee products is highly valued.
