Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Recreation Coordinator. This role involves overseeing daily operations within the Recreation Department, ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and community members.
  • Promote recreational offerings, including various activities and events.
  • Assist in the management of facilities, equipment, and special programs.
  • Engage in the promotion and sales of retail merchandise.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment of products.
  • Facilitate the setup and breakdown of recreational equipment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. regularly.
  • Capability to navigate multiple flights of stairs while carrying items.
Essential Functions
  • Assist guests with all rental equipment needs.
  • Maintain and manage a list of repairs for recreational inventory.
  • Conduct necessary repairs and upkeep of equipment.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
  • Assist with the logistics of rental equipment delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR/AED Certification is a plus.
