The Senior Care Specialist will provide exceptional care and support to a group of residents at Sunrise Senior Living. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, their families, and team members, while ensuring that individual needs are met and preferences respected.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know the unique personalities and preferences of each resident. You will also participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, and partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.

About the Job Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
  • Assist with daily living activities and attend to individual care needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • A High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have previous experience working with seniors preferred
