Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating plastic mixing machinery to create blended materials, ensuring proper setup and material selection for accurate recipes.
  • Managing the start-up and shut-down processes of the blending system.
  • Conducting monitoring functions and quality assessments of the final product.
  • Reviewing the mixing schedule and assembling recipes for the required products.
  • Performing adjustments, repairs, and maintenance on equipment as necessary.
  • Communicating effectively with previous operators to address any irregularities or special instructions.
  • Utilizing a forklift to transport raw materials.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Fluency in English, with strong reading and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • An OSHA Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong adaptability in stressful or unusual situations.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities without compromising efficiency or composure.
  • A keen attention to detail, particularly in tasks requiring precise limits and standards.
