Overview
Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a skilled Medical Surgical RN to provide exceptional patient care at our Midlands Hospital. This role offers an opportunity to advance your nursing career in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This position requires keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Our Inpatient Nursing team works collaboratively to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and physical therapists. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs
• Provide timely documentation and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Specialty certification may be required after hire
